 · I'm going to assume that even though I was able to download the DLC's upon initial setup of my PS4, it did not properly assign the licenses to my PS4 primary account. (Most likely because the content was originally purchased via the PS3). Hopefully any DLC's purchased on the PS4 moving forward will assign licenses properly. PS4 console: download games and add-ons.
